Retest Procedure
If a client is not satisfied with their performance on the tests administered, they may request to retest under the following circumstances: SAGE Test Battery May retest after 30 days have elapsed since last administration. Must retake entire battery. Client must pay for assessment ($75.00) at the time of retake unless written sponsorship is delivered. Client may retest a maximum of four (4) times in any twelve (12) month period. TABE Test Battery Client will be administered an equivalent form of the test and must retake entire battery. Client must pay for assessment ($25.00) at the time of retest unless written sponsorship is delivered. Client may test a maximum of two (2) times in any twelve (12) month period. Clients may retest no sooner than 6 months after the first test date. If the client can prove that significant learning experiences have occurred which may raise their potential scores, they may petition to retake the TABE prior to the standard time limit. The decision on this petition will be made by the assessment center director and the referral source.
