The CPI (California Psychological Inventory) Test must be completed and the results on file prior to enrolling into the Phase IV Firearms class. The $70.00 testing fee must be paid by check or money order and made out to Assessment Inc. A photo ID and Social Security Card are also necessary to take your test. |
