| The Benson Seminar Center is a multi-purpose meeting facility that will seat groups of up to 250 in chairs only, 175 people in table/chair arrangements.
We have a limited amount of audio/video equipment available. You must provide your own operator). Great Plains Technology Center is a public educational institution that provides facilities for events that are educational in nature and that charge no fees attendance. Our facilities cannot be used to market or sell services or products for any organization. Room reservations should be cancelled in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. It is a State Law that alcohol is NOT PERMITTED on school grounds. No smoking in the buildings, only in designated area outside. For smaller groups, classrooms that accommodate up to 15 people are available for use.
