Time Management	Excellent use of class time from the beginning of the lab until the end, and daily activity completed.	Good use of class time with some reminders to stay on task, and daily activity completed.	Fair use of class time with constant reminders to stay on task, and daily activity completed.	Little evidence of activity being completed or activity not completed.
Behavior	Excellent conduct in lab and shows evidence of leadership.	Good conduct in the lab and needs no reminders about proper conduct.	Fair conduct in lab with some reminder of proper conduct.	Poor conduct in lab and constantly needs to be reminded to do so.
