Employers use WorkKeys Job Analysis to analyze skills necessary for specific jobs in their organizations. This offers a concrete way for employers to describe skills to job applicants and educators. Job applicants can use their WorkKeys scores to compare their skills to those required, and educators can compare student skill levels to the world of work. WorkKeys Gap Analysis identifies skill gaps and the targeted training needed to close these gaps. Instructional support is available to individuals and employers.

Employees and job candidates use their WorkKeys assessment results to demonstrate qualifications. Participating employees and job candidates receive Career Readiness Certificates (CRC) from participating state agencies. Employees and job candidates also have a record of their WorkKeys assessment results online at www.myworkkeys.com.
